Tickets to Berget 7
The first tickets to Berget 7 will be released Friday 31th of October 2008 20:00 CET. (GMT+01). The 300 first will be sold with a discount. In total there will be 2000 tickets avaible. All other following tickets will become less and less cheap by the turn of each month. We are doing this to reward those who buy their tickets early which help us plan and make a better Berget for all.

Price December: 108 EURO
Price Januari: 118 EURO
Price Februari: 128 EURO

Tickets are generally sold out in a very short period of time, have the following information ready when booking your ticket: Name, Surname, Nickname, Team tag, Country, City, Mobile number, e-mail, Birth date (DD-MM-YYYY), Any optional extras; food, pickup from the airport etc.

You must be atleast 18 years old to participate in Berget-games.

Random question
You will get a "game rule" question when booking to confirm that you have read and understood the rules. Therefore we suggest that you read up on the rules before you register your ticket. You will not be able to book a ticket until you have answered the control question correctly.

NOTE!
To attend to Berget games you need to be able to make yourself understood and undestand basic english. Please try to improve your basic english berfore going to the game.

Payment
When you have booked your ticket, you have thirty days to pay. You choose if you want to pay with VISA, PayPal or with a BANK-transfer. After you have booked you will get information regarding the payment to your e-mail adress. (If not please contact us)

If you have not been able to pay for your ticket within thirty days after you have booked, your ticket will be sold to players who have been put in a ticket waiting queue.

NOTE!
Don't forget to send your ticket-id as message when paying your ticket. If you are using Hotmail or Gmail please check spamfilter or spambox if you do not receive your booking e-mail.

Selling or buying a ticket in secondhand.
When you are about to buy a ticket from private person, you shall look in the booked list if the first owner of the ticket has paid the fee to Berget-Events. In the list you will find all tickets who are paid are marked with a green v, and all non paid tickets are marked with a red x. It is only the current owner of each ticket who has mandate to shift the ticket ownership. The current owner must send information to Berget-Events declaring a change in ownership.

For all changes in ownership Berget-Events take a 10 Euro administrative fee, the new owner of the ticket will pay this fee and no transaction will be made until this fee is in our account. Berget-Events take no responsibility for transactions on the second-hand market; we will on the other hand help you in any capacity available to us to make the administrative transition as smooth as possible.

NOTE! Players that want to sell or buy a ticket in second-hand: DO NOT sell/buy it untill the ticket is checked "V" green in the players list.

To participate in a Berget airsoft event you must accept the following:
§ 1.1
You abide by Swedish law
You will not be on the gamearea under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
You are eighteen years of age or older.
You learn all the rules posted at the Berget-events.com webpage.
You will abide by these rules.
You will follow directions of the crew and the functionaries.
You will not spread rumours and disinformation during the event.
You will bring valid identification, lika a passport or a driverslicence with a picture.

Note!
If you break any of the rules above your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the gamearea.

§1.2
Berget-Events can not be held accountable for lost or broken materials during the event. Berget-events will not be accountable for theft, personal injury or disease that occurs during or after the event. Any crimes commited in the gamearea should be brought to swedish police by the participant. You attend to Berget games at your own risk. As a participant you must have your insurance in order and bring the relevant papers in case you need to seek medical attention at a Swedish hostpital.

§1.3
Berget-Events does not give refunds on tickets. If you due to unforseen circumstances cannot attend the event all sales will be done by the owner of the ticket. Should a Berget event be cancelled all ticketholders will be refunded after a preparationfee have been deducted. Therefore the fee can be slightly lower than the initial price.

§1.4
The ticket you buy is a e-ticket which means that it is digital, keep your ticket-ID written down and keep it safe. Use it only in communication with us.

§1.5
Berget-events can not promise any certain amount of action or fun during our events, we only provide the platform, story and logistics for the game. It is on your own responsibility to make the game fun for yourself.

§1.6
After arriving to the game site, Berget-events do not provide any transport service on the game-area. You will have to be prepered to walk to your base, camp, safezone, respawn during game.

§1.7
Berget games are not MILSIM, but they are airsoft action games with some elements of milsim and LARP.
