The reason that NAF is so much more popular than UPIR, is simply that you can use your ingamecar in NAF. To have an ingame vehicle in UPIR, it has to be armour toprated. that, to start with, says at least 6 Wheels on the vehicle... How many teams have that sort of vehicle?? we dont !
