Know how to store my gear and food during the event.

As i have understand there is no room for gear in the sleeping tents. We come with a team of 3 man we wil have a lot of gear with us. Where do we store the gear overnight? And is is possible to hold the spare gear in our van? don't know how far away the parking place is from the basecamp. Patrick
