Re: HPA and the future
Rules can never prevent certain dishonest individuals from cheating but are there to make it fiddly... Hopefully in a near future the cheaters are in such minority they are easy for us to find. But this is a joint effort bethween players, rules and crew. If you dont report your cheating teammate th...

Re: HPA and the future
It is fairly easy to hear and identify a "crisp" AEG at chronoing, and ask the player to put in on full-auto and let the chrono count the RPS. Your chronos seemed to have that option (?) So check Cat 1-2 on judgment and all Cat 4s. Not saying that is easy as snapping your fingers, but just saying, ...

Re: HPA and the future
I would guess shooting at the windows is done at the heat of the moment, since if they are open, you can actually score hits on the crew (as per rules) and maybe some people don't realize when the windows are closed or open. Also, shooting at the turret does make sense, since if you get a BB throug...

Re: Feedback: Factories and capture point system
My opinion is to remove these hell holes totally. I saw fist fights almost happening due to both sides disobeying the rules. These places are only major accidents waiting to happen. We were attacking the TF and I got to the wall. I was about to enter inside with my pistol when I noticed a blue play...

Re: Feedback: Missions
From UPIR oporder: Get the Mercenaries back under your control by diplomacy, bribery OR by removing and changing their leadership to someone UPIR Friendly. ( This can only be done by arranging an public election within the mercenary organization. NOTE: More information on how to rig an election w...

Re: Feedback: Missions
I do not know if these missions are from Berget or from command but no more missions to take out the Merc forces inside the village. It is not a place you want 200-300 extra people. It is tight around the tents and there is a lot of personal gear and tents. Please make some kind of FAD-point close ...

Re: HPA and the future
There used to be random chrono-checks ingame, I don't know why it was dropped. And I agree with most comments above, problem is not HPA but the cheating and/or disregarding attitude of some players to other's safety. Also, HPA multiplies the potential damage and thus it should be addressed according...

Re: HPA and the future
Yes, our current system have flaws, especially towards HPA and joulecreep. We are considering a new system for next year. I wanted to switch this year but we felt a big change like this needs to be done long before game (pref. ticket release) and we wasnt sure it would expose new problems. The chro...

Re: HPA and the future
There were a few tooth ingurys this year, but none of them were due to hpa Guns. The one in the village was Done with a pistol chroned under 70. Its not always a matter of hard shooting Guns just bad luck. We also chroned more Guns than ever in the field this year. In the end, people Who want to ch...

Re: Your best Berget 16 moments
We/I have never seen the LARP better. Best moment . There are LOTS to choose from, this year. But this one came out of almost nowhere, were exiting as hell, and turned three hardcocer recd/blue airsofters, into LARP fans. Standing at our viehles, getting the gear ready, we werw approached by a smal...
