yeah sorry about that, I merely tried to tell what an avarage person should drink during an avarage day during the swedish summer. Of course it depends on the person itself.

A human body can absorbs approximately 2 decilitre of water every half hour. Drinking more than that is a waste of water and time ( Eventually you have to de-hydrate, and why do it more often than necessary )

A tip is to put your clothes that you do not wear during sleep in the bag that the sleeping bag comes in. A good way to keep track of your clothes and you get a nice pillow.
