The UN base was way too close to the town which caused most of the fighting to happen so close to "normal" civilians. UN didnt build any fortifications in to town either, just around their own little base.

AFAIK its not only to distinguish which team youre on, but also to have a place to put your player ID on. Kinda hard to try and enforce rules when the guy that just broke them can just walk away without anyone knowing who he is.

The pilot had a GPS tracked dog collar on his backpack. Our groups main mission was finding the gold, but when we got there 2 hours after the pilot showed up for the first time, we found nothing.
