Yes. The weight differs, the quantity, and the price.

I've never heard of either brand... but what fractured said is pretty much it. You can get 5000 .20 gram BB's for $14 or 2000 .25 gram BB's for $16. The only way to find out if they are any good is research them on the net or buy them and try them.

We at the New York Recon Marines use only Bio-Ammo at our events. The brand we use is time tested BIOVAL BB's. They come is .20, .23, .25 & .30 gram weights.

Go to: http://www.biovalbbb.com/ to view the product line.

On another note www.evike.com carries a fine line of ammo

Note!
Glass, clay, alu & steel BB´s are strictly forbidden. MAX BIOVAL BB´s are forbidden due to their hard shell. They can break windshields of ingame vehicles and safety glasses ( transparent BB´s are also forbidden to aviod missunderstandings).

My recommendation:

Bring BB's that you know work in your gun or check what you can buy on site and do a test if bring your own brines issues.

In this way you avoid to be forced to use BB's that are not working in your gun.

This might sound silly but after personal experience I do know that certain BB's do not work well in my guns.

I've been using G&G bio BB's for couple of years. They are the best bio BB's in the market and even better than most of the normal BB's. And they decompose 100% into CO2 and H2O.

I use G&G or King Arms 0.25 grams BB's (depends on what my field got at the moment) I would never again use 0.20 gram BBs, i find them to unstabel, and that the 0.25 bb's are more accurate. I might even go over to 0.28 bb's, which is a bit more expensive, but also worth the price. Every experienced player in Denmark uses 0.28 for performance, and 0.25 for a cheaper alternative. In going to buy a lot of King Arms 0.25 for Berget 10 :)

I use KSC .3 almost exclusively now. I was able to buy a few bags of these at Berget 6, but the past games I've brought my own. They cost $7-8 for a bag of 2200 BB's from most Hong Kong shops.
