If you have any ideas or things we should take in consideration for next rules update. Feel free to post it here.

"Semi-snipers PSG-1, Dragunov, Cheytac, Barret and all 50.cal semisniper are allowed to be tuned up to class 6."

Why is Dragunov included in that category, when SR-25 is not? Does not make sense to me. They are pretty equal in real life performance and weapon size, so what is the logic here? With current rules there is no sense in carrying SR-25, when you can rock SPR style M4 with equal power.

I see that LARP-style/latex knives are banned once again. I'd like to know the reasoning behind this, especially if the weapon is clearly and visibly fake. I find that people use them regardless, allowed or not. Besides, using them would bring a lot of immersion to situations like strip-searches. Also, quite often hostiles will unrealistically simply touch each other quickly to knife-kill in a cease fire-situation, where everyone has lowered their weapons, which usually ruins the moment.

If the restrictions remain the same however, is it really possible to knife-kill only from behind as the rules state?

I agree to some degree, but still, in the heat of battle when adrenaline is pumping and you feel cornered, and someone pulls a knife on you, the risk is that you go in a defensive state and the situation escalates...

Indeed, all have (or should have) a self preservation instinct and in a bad situation and quick instincts some one will get seriously hurt, like a dislocated shoulder, broken arm or elbow.
And when that happens, who will be responsible? The one that drew the fake knife or the one who protected hem self?
Best is to avoid the whole thing before it happens, I know it would be fun and add more to the larp and the game (to actually need to draw a knife and stab some one) but safety first.

I feel this should be mandatory nonetheless, you can draw your knife with one hand and touch the victim with your other

imho, you shouldn't be able to make LARP knifekills without a knife that can be found and confiscated (except maybe against players that are knocked out, simulating breaking their neck or strangling them)

combat knifekills are a different story, as it may be a bayonet or something similar

Make a red plasic card, the size of visa and mastercards.

Red with a symbol of a knife, or "knife" in text.

When you knife kill someone, touch them and say knife kill, then show the card.
No card, no kill.

It can be confiscated in strip search.

Make them, and sell them for 1 euro. People will buy them.
They're expendable, and if you want it back, write some contact info on it.

A nice touch!
I like it, especially that this gives the knife kill a certain move to do.

Great Idea with the Knife-Card!! It will make the LARPing much more easy, if you have to strip-search a Person. Because with the situation at the moment, you can stripsearch a prisoner, mark all his weapons and perhaps you forget to say "i found your knife" if he dont carry a knife at all. A clever person can then always make knife-kills...

I usually carry a swiss-pocketknife (not for AS-use or Larping, but to fix my weapon if somethin small breaks, or to cut my swiss cheese :-) ) and so the people are remindet, that they have to tell me, my knife is confiscated... if you take the "knife-card* into the rules, every Player who has such a card, has a LARP-Knife, a Player without a card, has none! If someone dont like to buy such a card, he can make one by himself.

I would like to suggest a more durable way for the Weapons Certificates.
Those Paperpieces are not very durable and tend to get lost, wet, etc.
The Guys over @ Airsoftwars handeld this in a good way:

Those Tyvek Wristbands are relativly cheap durable and could be atached to any Gun easly.

P.S.:

I posted the following in Felix' Civilian thread.
Civilians are limited to Class 1, Class 2 and Class 5 weapons. Class 5 rifles should look like civilian bolt-action hunting rifles rather than military sniper rifles.
Civilians are limited to carrying a maximum of 4 magazines and no more than 300 rounds of extra ammunition in the field.
