The 3rd Poldavian destroyed Dog Point (and many other supply points) during the last days of the game, as we had already maxed out our points.
So no, the Rangers do not hold Dog Point to this day. It is just a pile of rubble

Last Day - 2am. Me and ReconProG were at the Dog Point with the intension to repair and capture it, but I saw on the screen of the phone "1ST poldavian repair and capture". The rest was just a matter of a minute to send "3RD NAF". Message was confirmed. As the game was over we went there again, and the blue flag was up as we left it.

As POL had max transport points, and max art points. We had no more use for the supplypoints. So we did as instructed and blew them up on friday night. From then on, we had no focus on these points (we knew you could repair them), as the remaining operations of the game would only be helped by NAF forces being tied up in rebuilding and retaking places we no longer needed.
