Sorry for the typo. My iPad seems to change he words sometimes :)

3G from Telia costs 9sek/day but Call them or send a mail because there are alot of different alternatives.

I have a simcard that i use refill on for my iPad and if I want, I can put it into a phone for calling or using 3G for internet

Hope it helped :)

The sim cards are not locked to a specific device. So u can put a mobile broadband simcard in a smartphone

Can someone give an idea on how to make cheap international calls (and accept incoming if possible), if voip is blocked on 3G broadband plans?

Any service that can be bought as addition to standard prepaid plans?

Is there any other dataplans that don't block voip?

VoIP is blocked here per standard. I haven't heard of any service allowing it yet. There was a big debate on weather or not it's allowed to be blocked per Swedish law, but both parties haven't decided anything as of yet.

I say expect not to be able to get it, if you really need to call home, pay the extra fare.

Actually, looks like I found what I've been looking for. Just like many other voip services - there is Skype To Go.

Once registered you will be given a local sweden number and a pin code, so if you need to call abroad you first dial local skype number and then tone dial the phone number you need.

But still it's unclear for me about downloads on broadband 3G. Is that about P2P torrents or I won't be able to download even a mail attachment?

Downloading via 3G is not blocked if you're using a PC.

TELIA PREPAID Called "KONTANT".
Can be bought in most petrolstations and supermarkets.
You can buy it for 10€ and call for all amount, buying extra-tickets for several values...

Used the Telia Kontant card last year. Ordered the 9SEK/day unlim Internet option, used it in my smartphone, had no problem with Google Maps, Web, Skype in the entire game area. Saved the card for this year, it is still valid.

If you have internet access from Telia or another provider you will not need to get on the Berget data network.
