Hey,

I'm flying to B10 with Norwegian Air.

They see Airsoft guns as ordinary weapons, there is a lot of information in the "special baggage" section in their website regarding real guns.

Well that sounds like a bitch….
I'm having my M14 and to take int two pieces…..
Answer:
Norwegian carries firearms for sporting use (hunting, competition etc.)

Rules for firearms onboard:

The firearm and ammunition MUST be sent as checked-in baggage.
The firearm must be in two pieces (stock must be removed) and sent as separate baggage.
Ammunition must be removed and sent in a different bag to the weapon itself, and in its original packaging.
You can only bring a maximum of 5 kg ammunition. You must inform check-in staff that you are carrying a firearm.

When I travelled with military weapon, it was sufficient to remove a vital part and ship the parts separately.

In an airsoft weapon, the vital part is usually the battery. Might try to persuade them to accept that?

I have flown with airsoft weapons on Norwegian flights several times, no problems. Just have a gun case, tell them what it is, and it should be fine. I have only flown domestic, but I can't see it being a problem...
