During thursday or friday night (i dont remember which day) a Berget vehicle was ambushed by a local "redneck" that did a drive-by with a old Saab with blue sirens. He shot our TGB car with several paintball bullets.

Did he shoot at any of you players? It happend up at the gate to the NAF base.

We managed to get his licenseplate and deal with him, but it would good to know if this asshole managed o hit anyone else.

The same Saab did a drive by shooting at Zansian base on thursday evening. We thought they were using a gbb airsoftgun and didn't report this anywhere as we weren't sure if this was some ingame civ who had forgotten the flags or if this was some local idiot having "fun". Sad to hear it was the latter.

I can confirm this information. These guys drove up to the windpower mills and then put blue sirens on and drove downhill past zansian base and opened fire from windows.

The firing sound was more like a loud "klack klack" like GBB would be. It could be paintball gun also. I am pretty sure that they missed with all their shots.

I saw it too. That car did cause an unecessary hazzle and local alarm, but the main problem was the speed he was driving. Might have run over someone.

We didn't shoot back, but I remember there was a strong sentiment to do so, if he came back...

I saw the car when I was respawning at Zansian base respawn. I didn't see it shooting. But I do wonder if it wasn't a real police car, how are they allowed to use blue siren lights? Shouldn't it be illegal?

Illegal to use, legal to buy.

We gave him a call both by phone and in person, he did not return.

Yes, he fierd at me when I was on my way back from Janko to the NAF Base, I emptied an entire magazine against the driver as he drove by.. thought it was a stupid polly prank so I did not think much of it after since he did not hit me.
