Motorcycle bike requirements and limits for BBB

Can someone tell me the requirements and limitations for a motorcycled that will be used in-game with Black Bear Bikers? Thx!

They need to be safe, they need to be roadworthy.
They do not need BAVS, but i would recommend a yellow marking/Flag on it

Is there any speedlimit? And is a moped built to look like a motorcycle ok to use? Otherwise i think it's pretty much clear, thx!

Yes, same as for cars as stated in the rules, and yes thats fine

Where does it say speedlimit in the rules? Tried to find it, but I could not find it
it's max speed like 30-40km/h?

In-game vehicles may not travel at more than 30 kph.
