BAVS Heavy weapon unit TOW or TANK weapon

There is some questions about the "BAVS Heavy weapon unit".

It is basically like a At4 system mounted into the barrel of a TANK / APC or mounted in a tow unit on-top of a vehicle. It has a Vehicle vs vehicle / bunker kill capability. It will have balanced reload time and range.

Question: If I were to make a TOW launcher mounted on a tripod, and I informed BE about it before the game, and included details like tube length and diameter, qould I get BAVS internals mounted in it at check in? Not just a whimpy 40mm grenade, but something that would simulate a TOW launcher.

The idea would be to have a launcher that can be transported by a vehicle, and set up in defensive locations at roadblocks and such. It would be too big and heavy to carry around in the woods like an AT4.

(my team has still not decided which side to play as at B15, but UPIR Heavy Weapons is an option we consider, and I like the idea of buiringing your own props to the game)

This is only possible when playing on UPIR HEAVY WEAPONS & DEMOLITION UNIT. We will however balance the number of projects like this. Reloadtimes and spare ammunition will be limited.

Given the fact that the TOW missile has roughly 10 times as much explosives as an AT4 (3.9 - 6.14kg, depending on warhead versus 440g), will the ingame TOW launcher be considerably stronger than the AT4?
