How will this years in-game road net look like? Will it be connected through any public roads like the Härnösand? Would it be possible to use a non-EU approved car off of public roads like in Norway? I'm asking since we will be late on some gearbox repairs, but otherwise the car is perfectly safe and was EU approved last year.

I believe all cars need to be road legal and have license plates, its been in the rules in the past I believe.

I would like a confirmation on this from BE please.

All roads on this years game area are considered public so the police might have a thing or 2 to say.
