Altering a ticket bought through Marketplace

Hey Guys,
I am wondering about making alterations to a ticket if I were buy it through the marketplace from another player. The main things I want to cover are adding things like meals and transport(paying the difference is given, I don't mind), and changing bring your own tent to getting a slot in one. I have emailed info@berget twice but not gotten a response yet. I thought I'd try my luck here.
