I am planning to arrive on the afternoon/evening of the 11th to begin my commanders recon.

I need to have an idea when all the commanders and 1Sg are going to be there so I can plan briefings.

If anyone can come early like me let me know as I can use the extra eyes to get a handle on things.

Plan for the first staff briefing on the evening of the 13th.

We depart from Italy the 11th evening, we are planning to arrive in Hemso in the 14th afternoon.

We do our best to get there in 13th evening.
