its a cup with an inbuild system for heating water. You just plug a fuel container into the bottom.

Fire Hazards

There will be a blanket ban on fire at Berget 5, meaning that no fire will be permitted except in specially designated areas. This ban covers anything with a flame, including camping stoves and candles. No pyrotechnical devices may be brought into the game area; any pyros used will be provided by Berget 5. We encourage all participants to keep an eye on both themselves and others; particularly smokers must be careful to completely extinguish any cigarettes.
Special safety regulations will be in force at camps, particularly those with tents. Fire extinguishers will be available at all camps, and everyone will be fully briefed on their use and location.

But there will be places in your basecamps where you can cook your meals freely.

Are you allowed to use fire and cook your meals at the death-punishment-zone, aka Respawn zone?
