Is it possible to bring an CPI Supercross mashine with 50ccm and an maximum speed of 60km/h and an paintjob in olive?

I suppose you can bring it, no rules indicate you can't, but the maximum
in-game vehicle speed is 30 kph for all vehicles.

If it is registered & has insurance yes. if not... no.
Alot of the driving i going to be on public roads.

and be prepared for some BB-rain forecast...

You cant use it for a number of reasons. Safety for youself, the roads etc, etc.
