The tents were basicly OK but still crappy. Those tents were made of one layer, allmost every other military tent is made of two layers, so the water won't get through. No when it rained the water came straight trough. And we didn't have furnaces so drying up the tent and the people/gear inside was impossible.

The tents were big enough for 16 guys. You just put yoyr guys inside properly, only sleeping gear etc and maybe a weapon behind your head (mag off and on safe). All other gear can be store under a tard. We made a cover for our gear in to the woods and it worked nice.

So here is what I think: If you keep these tents, get as mane big plastic cover/tarp to cover the tents in case of rain. Furnaces would be also a good thing.

or like some teams did:

Bring a small green / camo tent with you where gear can be stalled. worked out great. Can be put directly next to the main tent.

I don't liked the "party tent" provided for the bandits. That just could be a joke...! I hope next time we get a military tent too.

This tent provided was only useful as a garage for the Polizei car...

Actually that tent wasn't provided by crew, it was the PlasticDragoons tent.
We bandits didn't even get the promised tent.

Luckily we had a spare tent, otherwise our two German friends would have been left to sleep out in the open.

Crew, next year please make sure you have enough tents for all if you promise you will provide them. When we went to the safezone to ask for a tent for us civilians all we got was the answer that "we are out of tents, tough luck".

I really do like that berget provided so many tents but the condition of the tents where in some cases really bad. In nato base we had a tent with a half meter rip in the canvas and several smaller rips in lots of other tents to. If you plan to use these tents again they will need to be looked over and fixed.

If the water proofing was good enough I dont know due to so little rain before I left but as long as they are raised correctly most water will run off them.

We sleept 15 guys in our tent and it worked well enough but we had some equipment outside to.

They could be ok for 16 people, but not for people and equipement.
Next year I'll bring a small tent for my gear.

There were around three unused tents in the SRP base for the entire duration of the game. They weren't pitched or anything.

Yeah we had a case of bad communication between those renting and promising and those who raised the tents. Thanks for the feedback and keep it coming so we can make the next Berget even better.

there were actually a little to little room for tents in the Merc's camp, and also a lot of ppl claiming tents and using for their own team only = using not all space in there, i slept outside for two nights as there was little or no space left in the tents we were given... Berget Crew should relay and distribute the tents, not just let the players grab what they can :P if its like that next year i might aswell claim a tent of my own :P
