Buying/selling B10 ticket

Dear veterans,

I don't know if this is the right place, but I will ask anyway..

One of my teammates has booked and payed for a B10 ticket, however he has a personal issue and can't attend.

Another teammate has decided to attend, so we want to transfer the ticket to him.

I have read the "ticket" section on the event page but still don't what do we have to do, the current owner of the ticket must send an email to BE with details of the person which buys the ticket and BE will send the buyer an invoice of 15 euro for the administrative work?
