This is what I'll be bringing. I can really recommend this solution.

Unless you book one with your ticket yes you need to do it your self. Take care that the number on the armband is the ticket number and not the ticket ID...

Foodwise, Next year i will bring:

This: Image

This: Image

This: Image

And this: Image

All of this needs no preparation or cooking, The canned-food can be eaten straight from the can with a fork/spoon (For this instance, I will bring a spork). As for the crispbread: it's light in weight, easy to carry and it tastes extremely good (At least this particular type of crispbread does). On top of that, Maybe an energybar or two.

Will probably take the Mackerel out on operations as the cans are smaller and more easy to carry back to base once empty, And eat the other stuff at base. I will also bring a dried Deerheart out in the field (It is pretty much like jerky), Extremely good taste.

If you´re strong enough to carry it with you out into the game area you should be strong enough to bring your trash back from the game area. There is no excuse för littering.

Indeed, I hate to see stuff like that lying around in the forest.
