http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLTnFPvrW2k some in game action of the 3rd mountaineer 4th platoon attacking the bunker on the eastern road block Western roadblock :) Very cool to see video of that attack, it was a pretty intense bit of fighting. I'd never have guessed it took 11-odd minutes, it see...

It's confusing as hell, not because it's not the regulation colour, but 'cause it's the same colour as the Polly armbands. How could that be confusing? If it is on his head, he is dead. If it is on his arm he is a Poldavian. Even a color blind person could get that right. If I am in a firefight wit...

One of the guys in our squad had a red rag rather than an orange one. Sure, he should have read the rules and brought an orange one. But some people were being absolute retards about it and made a point of keeping firing after he had the rag over his head and/or were being extremely rude about it. R...

This was my first Berget so I can't compare with other terrain. I can certainly see how the terrain was fairly unfriendly to vehicles. But I must say I really enjoyed playing in such a diverse and beautiful location. I really enjoyed the challenge posed by the terrain itself to infantry operations, ...

From Poldavian side: The water: Water and washing facilities were good. I was much impressed with the near constant resupply so never found lack of water. UNTIL THE SUNDAY. Waking up Sunday morning with a slightly heavy head, making my way to the water point to find all the water containers gone was...

Most poldavian soldiers didn't have the slightest clue WTF is going on in the field, how the big picture is developing (this is a major problem with all Berget events). /signed. In some cases we hardly knew what our overall mission was. That there was anything going on involving e.g. a satellite wa...
