This is a Swedish newspaper, so apologizes to the non-swedish readers.
But basically, photographing and filming from a drone is now completely illegal in Sweden.

Re: Drone photographing in Sweden.
Which is probably impossible to get if you're not Swedish - and even then, i'm assuming you have to have a good reason to get the permit.
I hate this new interpretation of the law.

Maybe Berget can get a permit for players or for the event itself?

Re: Drone photographing in Sweden.
It is not "completely" illegal, and getting a permit is A LOT more difficult than one would think

Re: Drone photographing in Sweden.
It is not forbidden to fly drones, here is the law:
Transportstyrelsen

Filming or taking photos (from a drone) requires a permit. I have never ever heard of a private citizen ever needing to acquire one for real, only companies who cover their legal ass legally get those permits.
Most important is not to fly in "airport control zone", that will for sure get you in trouble.
My bet is that the police will not react to a drone filming team camps or some of us players playing airsoft (if they ever get that information in the first place).
Also, just because the drone has a camera doesn't mean it is filming...
This being said, maybe Berget Event has some rules.
