Regarding Tents

If you have not secured a place in a tent or are unable to bring your own tent you must send an email to info@berget-events.com with the topic “Tents”. Include your name in the email. If you are an entire team that needs a tent, please specify that in the email with the number of players and their nicknames. You will be provided with a tent at your base that you will raise yourself in accordance with your base layout and fire hazard rules. Make sure that the tent is properly set up and dig a 10 cm ditch around the tent for rain water.

If you bring your own tent you must only place the tent at the assigned location provided by BE Crew on site.
