Company Communications

We need to arrange for company level communications.

Can people let me know what sort of comms gear they have available.

- ICOM F25 UHF, normal PMR channels (difficult, but can be reprogrammed) output 0.5 watt

- Feidaxin 460, UHF, normal PMR channels installed, but has space for 90 channels extra. (very easy to reprogram) output 1Watt or 5Watt

200 memory channnels
UHF 420.0000-473.0000 MHz
PMR 446.00625-446.09375 MHz
5W output

Also
MIDLAND G7
8 PMR 446.00625-446.09375 MHz
69 LPD 433.075-434.775 MHz
Upgraded to 5W
Large antenna for better coverage

The one in the middle is the MIDLAND G7 and the one on the right is the ALINCO DJ-V446

Blackwolf PMR radios is useless on the gamesite.... even in groups it is useless... just so u know :)

It can be changed

I`m thinking in squad level it has a very nice range

Well even in squads it will malfunction i will promise u that :) sry but it is really rocky there :D

PMR should be fine at squad level, with those radios i am _sure_ we can find a way of making it work ;)

I have:

Motorola GP68
20 programmable memory channels
UHF 430-470 MHz
1W or 5W output

It's very easy to program this radio on each frequency you want. (430-470MHz of course)

rest as LPR
power: 0,5 or 4 W

BTW: real pain in a... to reprogram that.
