UPIR base where okey, big disapintment was the tents.
Berget Crew, listen, I PAID MONEY, to sleep in a Berget tent, i arrive, and all the tents is full.
You promise to get new tents two days after, but even that did not happen.
How is that moraly acceptable to charge money for something, and not be able to deliver.
Give me some of the money back, or a free space in tent next year.
And lets hope this not happens again.

Re: Feedback: Bases
If there is 60cm for everyone that paid and even enough too fit 10% more players on 60cm. And 50% of the players bring 100cm beds even though berget told everyone max matress size is 60. How is that bergets fault?
Re: Feedback: Bases
Is it my fault that Berget don't does anything about it?

Re: Feedback: Bases
That's obviously not what I said. Maybee berget should re-invent their old "have you really read the rules" - test and one of the test questions is: "How big a matress can you bring?
Blaim the other players. Not berget.

I understand your frustration, as this is a reoccuring complaint every year.Tank88 wrote: ↑08 Jul 2018, 17:14UPIR base where okey, big disapintment was the tents.

BUT, the issue is not the number of tents. We have enough tents, i know that for a fact. We usually count on around 20% over the actual booked sleeping spots, and then you take away the 10% that either bring their own tent ... Together with the fact that i personally went around bases and saw some tents overly crowded, but some tents half empty.
We will see how we can improve the process for next year in terms of administrating the logistics of who sleep where.

Re: Feedback: Bases
Me and my team ended up splitted up, and sleeping in others private tents, and where fine by that, but totally unnecessary. If someone not offered us that spot, we will been sleeping in the car. I hope there will be better origination with tents next year.Arradin wrote: ↑08 Jul 2018, 18:26I understand your frustration, as this is a reoccuring complaint every year.Tank88 wrote: ↑08 Jul 2018, 17:14UPIR base where okey, big disapintment was the tents.
